This was a painstaking renovation of a historical landmark in the Highland section of Wilmington, Delaware. The project was started in November of 2013 and completed just 8 months later in June of 2014. This beautiful home was built in 1905 and completed in 1912. Working with the original plans and updates put forth by Leslie Kelly Architects, we were able to recreate buautiful plastering and millwork details throughout the home. 8 bathrooms were completely reconstructed in the new interior as well as the butlers pantry and kitchen. The exterior was repointed in many areas and the asphalt was replaced with synthetic slate and copper.
